1. Hosted Email Archiving

Gaggle's Hosted Archiving solution allows you to continue using your existing email system, and best of all there is no equipment to buy or software to install. Best of all it's inexpensive at just $20 per account per year for enterprise users.

Our system works with MS Exchange, GroupWise, FirstClass, Lotus Notes, NetMail, IMail, @Mail, Postifx, Sendmail and even Gmail accounts. All inbound, outbound and internal mail is pulled out of your server and stored in shadow accounts on Gaggle's system.

The delivery of the mail to Gaggle can be done in real time or it can be scheduled late at night so that your Internet bandwidth is not affected. Once the mail is received by Gaggle's servers the messages are parsed so that mail is stored in the inbox or sent folder for each user's shadow email account. The archive system honors all CC and BCC rules as well. In the case of Groupwise, Gaggle can even preserve the folder structure and message location as it exists in each user's account.

2. Email Content Security and Monitoring

Gaggle's Enterprise Content Email monitoring allows your designated administrators to receive copies of all emails that match your specific content rules, that are sent from or to any flagged domains which you specify or any messages that contain pornographic materials.

3. Back Up Email System

Gaggle can provide a complete back up email system so your users can continue to send and receive email even when your local mail server is down. With a fail over email system you can give your staff members web based access to their email as well as pop3/smtp and IMAP access. It is compatible with Exchange GroupWise and many other servers.

In addition to handling the current mail while your server is down, your users will also have access to their old email. When used in conjunction with our Archive Services, your users can even access their previously sent messages,

You won't miss any mail. When your mail server returns to normal operations the mail held at Gaggle will be immediately delivered to your local server.

4. Hosted Corporate Email Accounts
